Transgender group held campaigns for the upcoming BMC elections in Mumbai. The BMC elections are scheduled to be held on February 21 and the results will be declared on February 23. In the campaign, Mumbai’s only transgender poll candidate Priya Patil said that there are a lot of misconceptions about the transgender community, and she wants to change it. Over the next week, in the assembly elections, Mumbai will elect its next municipal corporation.
